One-on-One Advisory
Accountability. Insight.
Most of our professional lives vacillate between periods of focus and fulfillment, and plateaus. And no matter how skilled we all are at solving the problems of others, or even for our own clients, it can be almost impossible to unmake our own status quo and envision new possibilities.
Uncovering a personal mission, vision, and core values is an efficient, highly effective, and transformative means of prioritizing one's time and attention. Professional situations make more sense and decisions about future pursuits become clearer. Equipped with a refreshed framework, people are able to appreciate their strengths and essence — both for themselves and to their respective audiences.
What Story are you Telling?
Executive Coaching clients are primarily founders, CEOs, authors/writers, creatives, and small business owners who want to maximize their personal path or brand’s opportunity. Many people come to me to help navigate nuanced industry/organizational politics, reinvent in some meaningful way, define a new voice in their space or establish more original, ownable “positioning” among their competition.
One client described my work as “relational forensics,” due to my ability to uncloak and untangle interpersonal, political, or other third rail situations. With the additional skills to craft messaging that accomplishes the challenging task of saying or writing the right words, I act as a reliable narrator in a world where who we are must be consistent with what we do, and increasingly, how we express ourselves. My ability to assess business models and scenarios gives clients clear, actionable roadmaps forward—especially when they feel stuck.
As a coach, I bring particular focus to uncovering true vocation and calling, whether that means shifting professional lanes or expanding an existing path, or even embarking on a major life change. In all cases, we identify opportunities to expand, refine, or more firmly “own” a space or industry, while simultaneously working on internal narrative shifts that reframe the relationship to self. Confidence building comes through a deeper understanding of talents, including how to apply unique experience as a means to unlocking these opportunities. By developing a more nuanced understanding of relationships, clients learn to communicate succinctly and deftly maneuver through complex professional settings.
